Over the next few years, Bill Gray's grew. They added more tasty items to their menu. The restaurant chain became more and more successful.
New Partners and Growth
In the early 1960s, a local businessman joined them. His name was Bruce Hegedorn. Bill Gray managed the daily operations. Bruce Hegedorn handled the money and found new locations. Together, they helped the restaurant chain grow even more. They even bought another restaurant chain, Tom Wahl's, in 1986.
