Geography and Rivers
Billings Township covers an area of about 23.19 square miles (60.06 square kilometers). Most of this area is land, but about 1.63 square miles (4.22 square kilometers) is water.
The Tittabawassee River flows right through the middle of the township, heading south. There was once a lake called Wixom Lake in the southwestern part of the township. However, in May 2020, the Edenville Dam broke, causing the lake to drain away.

- M-30 is a major highway that runs from south to north. It forms most of the western edge of Billings Township.
