William Edward Bell (born June 10, 1891 – died June 3, 1959) was a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He played as a centre, which is a forward position in hockey. Billy played for several teams during his career, including the Montreal Wanderers, Montreal Canadiens, and Ottawa Senators. He is best known for winning the Stanley Cup in 1924 with the Montreal Canadiens.
Billy Bell's Hockey Career
Billy Bell started his professional hockey journey in 1914. He played for four seasons in the National Hockey Association (NHA). The NHA was one of the first major professional hockey leagues.
