Christopher Isaac "Biz" Stone (born March 10, 1974) is an American businessperson who helped start several technology companies. He is best known as a co-founder of Twitter. Before Twitter, Biz Stone worked as a creative director at a company called Xanga from 1999 to 2001. He also co-founded an app called Jelly with Ben Finkel. Jelly was launched in 2014 and was a unique search engine that used pictures to help people find information. Pinterest bought Jelly in 2017, and Stone was its CEO until then.

Biz Stone grew up in Massachusetts. He went to Wellesley High School in Wellesley, Massachusetts. After high school, he attended Northeastern University and the University of Massachusetts Boston. However, he did not finish his degree at either university.

Working at Google
From 2003 to 2005, Stone held an important leadership position at Google. This experience helped him learn a lot about how big tech companies work.

In 2006, Biz Stone helped create the social network Twitter. Twitter quickly became a very popular platform for sharing short messages. Stone left Twitter in 2011 but returned to the company in 2017. He worked there again until 2021.
