Plot Summary

Blinky Bill is a koala who loves to imagine big adventures. He dreams of leaving his small town, Green Patch. Blinky wants to follow in the footsteps of his explorer father. Mr. Bill went missing in the wild Australian Outback. Blinky is the only one who believes his dad is still alive.

One day, Blinky finds a mysterious marker. It gives a clue about where his father might be. Blinky decides to start a journey. He leaves Green Patch and heads into the dangerous Outback.

On his adventure, Blinky quickly makes new friends. He meets Nutsy, a koala from a zoo. He also meets Jacko, a frill-necked lizard who is a bit nervous. But a mean feral cat is chasing them. This cat has a personal reason to get Blinky.
