Blue Ridge Manor is a small city located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, in the United States. It's a special kind of city called a 'home rule-class city,' which means it has the power to make many of its own local laws. The city was officially started by the state government in 1964.
In 2010, about 767 people lived here. This was more than the 623 people who lived there in 2000. By 2020, the population grew a little more to 791 people. Blue Ridge Manor also has a public space called Hardesty Park, where people can relax and play.

Blue Ridge Manor is found in the eastern part of Jefferson County. It shares its borders with several other towns and cities. To the northeast, it's next to Sycamore. To the east, you'll find Douglass Hills. South and west of Blue Ridge Manor is Jeffersontown. A part of the larger city of Louisville is to its north.
A main road, U.S. Route 60, also known as Shelbyville Road, goes through the northern side of Blue Ridge Manor. This road can take you about 11 miles (18 km) west to downtown Louisville.
