Wilkerson is 6 feet 6 inches tall. He was born in Anderson, Indiana. He went to Indiana University. There, he was part of the Hoosiers team that won the NCAA Championship in 1976. From 1976 to 1983, he played in the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played for the Seattle SuperSonics, Denver Nuggets, Chicago Bulls, and Cleveland Cavaliers. During his NBA career, he scored an average of 10.1 points per game.

Early Life and College Basketball

Bob Wilkerson grew up in Anderson, Indiana. He loved basketball from a young age. He played for Madison Heights High School. After high school, he went to Indiana University.

At Indiana, Wilkerson became a key player for the Hoosiers. The team was very strong during his time there. In 1976, his team achieved something amazing. They won the NCAA Championship. This was a huge win for the university. It showed Wilkerson's talent and teamwork.
