Boca Reservoir is a human-made lake in Nevada County, California, United States. It is found within the beautiful Tahoe National Forest. This reservoir was created when the Boca Dam was built across the Little Truckee River. It's located about 10 kilometers (6 miles) northeast of the town of Truckee. Boca Reservoir is part of a system of lakes in the area, sitting downstream from Stampede Dam and east of Prosser Creek Dam and Prosser Creek Reservoir.
