The Bohemian Alps is a special area in southeastern Nebraska, USA. It's about 25 miles (40 km) north of Lincoln, Nebraska and 25 miles (40 km) west of Omaha, Nebraska. This region has gentle, rolling hills.
The name "Bohemian Alps" comes from Czech immigrants. They moved to Nebraska a long time ago. The landscape here reminded them of their homeland. You can still see a lot of Czech influence in this area today.
