Borys Michał Szyc-Michalak (born Borys Michalak on September 4, 1978) is a famous Polish actor and musician. He acts in both movies and plays. In 2010, he won a top award for actors in Poland.

About Borys Szyc's Life and Career
Borys Szyc was born in Łódź, Poland. He finished high school there. In 2001, he graduated from a special acting school in Warsaw. After that, he started a very successful career in films and on stage. Since 2001, he has been performing at the Teatr Współczesny in Warsaw. In 2007, he won an award from Polish Television. This award was for being the best Polish TV actor.
He became very popular across Poland. This happened because he starred in many well-known movies. Some of these films include Vinci (2004) and Testosteron (2007). Other popular movies are Mole (2011) and Cold War (2018). Besides movies, he also appeared in many popular TV shows. These include For Better or Worse and Niania.
In 2008, Borys Szyc also started a music career. He recorded a song called "Choć wieje, pada, grzmi" with Justyna Steczkowska. Later that year, he released his first music album. It was called Feelin' Good. The album featured other singers like Ewa Bem and Kasia Cerekwicka. In 2011, he recorded another song. It was for the movie Battle of Warsaw 1920.

Borys Szyc has a daughter named Sonia. Later, he married Justyna Szyc-Nagłowska in 2019. They have a son named Henryk, who was born in 2020.
