Brecht is a town located in Belgium. It is part of the Antwerp province in Belgium. In 2021, about 29,809 people lived in Brecht. The total area of the town is 90.84 square kilometers.

Brecht is a growing town in the northern part of the Antwerp province. It is quite close to the border with the Netherlands. A new train station called Noorderkempen opened there in 2009. This station is on a special high-speed train line called HSL 4.

Brecht includes a few smaller towns. These are Brecht itself, Sint-Job-in-'t-Goor, and Sint-Lenaarts.
