Fabian Bohn (born March 2, 1982), known professionally as Brennan Heart, is a famous Dutch DJ and music producer. He is best known for creating hardstyle music, which is a type of electronic dance music with a fast beat and strong bass.

Brennan Heart's Music Journey

Starting Out: Brennan & Heart

In 2002, Fabian Bohn teamed up with another DJ named Pieter Heijnen (also known as DJ Thera). They formed a duo called Brennan & Heart. They focused on making hardstyle music, after trying out different styles like techno and hard trance. After working together for over three years, they decided to go their separate ways. Fabian continued making music as Brennan Heart, and Pieter became DJ Thera.

Going Solo

After the duo split, Fabian, now known as Brennan Heart, kept making hardstyle music on his own. In 2006, he joined a Dutch music company called Scantraxx Records. While there, he started his own smaller music label called M!D!FY in May 2006.

In 2009, he released his first album as a solo artist, called Musical Impressions. His second album, Evolution of Style, came out in 2014. This album included popular songs like Imaginary (with Jonathan Mendelsohn) and Lose My Mind (with his friend Wildstylez), which became a huge hit very quickly. In 2016, he released his third album, which is where the idea for I AM HARDSTYLE began. The next year, he released his fourth album, On Demand.

In 2019, ten years after his first album, he released his fifth album, Show Your True Colors. A little over a year later, during a time when many people were staying home, he released his sixth album, Brennan Heart & Friends. For this album, he worked with other famous artists like Kayzo and Armin van Buuren.

The year 2021 was special because it marked 20 years of Brennan Heart making music! He celebrated this with his seventh album, Brennan Heart 20 Yrs, which had four CDs filled with his best songs from the past two decades.

His Own Music Labels: WE R Music and I AM HARDSTYLE

In 2012, Brennan Heart left Scantraxx Records and started his own music company called Brennan Heart Music. He later changed the name of his label to WE R Music. He even started two more labels under that name: WE R Raw and WE R Tomorrow. Other DJs like Code Black, Toneshifterz, and Outbreak joined WE R Music in 2013.

He later created I Am Hardstyle. This is not just a music label, but also a big brand for hardstyle music. Many artists from WE R Music are now part of I AM HARDSTYLE. He also launched I Am Hardstyle Amplify, which helps new and upcoming hardstyle artists get started.

Radio Show

Brennan Heart also has a monthly radio show on the Dutch radio station SLAM!FM. It's called WE R Hardstyle. Fabian Bohn hosts the show on the second Thursday of every month. Other DJs like MC Villain, D-Block & S-te-Fan, and Digital Punk also hosted shows on different Thursdays.

The WE R Hardstyle radio show later changed its name to I AM HARDSTYLE Radio. It's broadcast from their radio studio and includes a special guest mix each month.
