Several important roads pass through Brickerville. U.S. Route 322 goes right through the middle of the community. This road can take you to Harrisburg, the state capital, about 35 miles (56 km) to the west. If you go southeast on Route 322, you will reach Ephrata, which is about 7 miles (11 km) away.
Pennsylvania Route 501 also crosses US 322 in Brickerville. Going north on PA 501 leads to Schaefferstown, about 6 miles (10 km) away. If you head south on PA 501, you will get to Lititz, about 5 miles (8 km) away. The city of Lancaster, which is the main city of the county, is about 13 miles (21 km) south of Brickerville via PA 501.
