In the 2014 Winter Olympics, Peter Crook achieved their best result. He competed in men's halfpipe skiing and placed 27th.
National Anthem at the Games
Since 2020, the British Virgin Islands Olympic team has used their own territorial anthem, "Oh, Beautiful Virgin Islands", during the Olympic ceremonies. Before 2020, the team used the anthem of the United Kingdom, "God Save the Queen". This change shows the islands' unique identity in the sports world.
Olympic Achievements and Medals
The British Virgin Islands has not yet won any Olympic medals (gold, silver, or bronze). However, their athletes continue to compete and represent their country on the world stage.
