History of Brock Village
Brock was first started way back in 1854. Over the years, this village had a few different names. It was called Dayton, Howard, Clinton, and even Podunk at different times.
The village got its current name, Brock, in 1882. This happened when a railroad was built through the town. The name Brock was chosen to honor a railroad official.
