History of Brumley
It's not completely clear when Brumley was first established. Some records suggest it was in 1858, while others say 1869 or 1877. The exact origin of the name "Brumley" is also a bit of a mystery. However, we know that a post office has been operating in Brumley since 1863.

Brumley is found in the southwestern part of Miller County. It is located along Missouri Route 42. The town is situated to the east of Lake of the Ozarks State Park and to the west of Iberia.
