Bryan Place is a neighborhood located in Old East Dallas, Texas in the USA. It is situated just east of the Arts District and downtown. You can find it north of Deep Ellum and south of Cityplace. To its west is the US-75 North Central Expressway.

History of Bryan Place
This neighborhood gets its name from John Neely Bryan. He was the person who founded the city of Dallas. Most of the buildings you see in Bryan Place today were constructed in the 1980s. A company called Fox and Jacobs was the developer behind these buildings.
Parks and Green Spaces
The main outdoor area for the community in Bryan Place is Exall Park. This park is located on the southern edge of the neighborhood, right next to Live Oak Street. It's a great spot for residents to relax and enjoy nature.
