History of Bunceton
Bunceton was officially started in 1868. It was named after an early resident of the county, Harvey Bunce. A post office has been open in Bunceton since 1868. In 1980, Gerald Ulrich was elected mayor of Bunceton.

Bunceton is located in Missouri. You can find the town on Missouri Route J. It is about three miles east of Missouri Route 5. The town is also near the Stevens Branch, which is a small stream that flows into Petite Saline Creek.
