Cabral Richards, who most people know as Cabbie Richards, is a Canadian TV star. He is famous for his fun interviews on SportsCentre, a sports show on TSN. TSN is a big sports TV channel in Canada.

Cabbie Richards: TV Star
Cabbie started his TV journey as an intern at The Score in 2001. He hosted short segments called Cabbie on the Street. These were about five minutes long.
After that, he worked at Sportsnet. There, he helped make and host shows like NBAXL and J-Zone. In 2005, he went back to The Score. He continued Cabbie on the Street and also hosted Cabbie Unlimited and Cabbie All Stars. He also hosted NBA Court Surfing. Cabbie left The Score again in 2010.
Since 2011, Cabbie has been a big part of TSN's SportsCentre. He had a weekly segment called "Cabbie Presents".
Cabbie also worked on The Marilyn Denis Show on CTV. This was from 2011 to 2012. He shared a male point of view on relationships. He also interviewed famous people like Hollywood actors and musicians. He even talked to everyday Canadians on the street.
Cabbie's Unique Interview Style

Cabbie Presents was a weekly segment on "Sportscentre" on TSN. It aired on Fridays. Cabbie hosted and produced this show. It showed a fun, everyday look at professional athletes. The segment often used a sketch-based format.
From 2012 to 2019, Cabbie also had a podcast. It was called "Cabbie Presents: The Podcast". On his podcast, he interviewed many sports and entertainment stars.
Moving On from TSN
Cabbie left TSN on September 6, 2019. He wanted to try new things in his career. After leaving TSN, he started co-hosting the B/R Betting Show for Bleacher Report. He worked alongside expert Kelly Stewart.
Back to Sportsnet
In 2021, Cabbie rejoined Sportsnet. Sportsnet had bought The Score Television Network in 2012. At Sportsnet, Cabbie became the executive producer for sports betting content.
Voice Acting Roles
Cabbie Richards has also used his voice for video games. He voiced two characters, Zeus and Talbot, in the video game Heavy Metal: Geomatrix.
Cabbie's Early Life
Cabbie grew up in Toronto, Ontario. He went to Galt Collegiate Institute in Cambridge, Ontario. He then studied at Ryerson University in their Radio and Television Art's (RTA) program. He studied there for three years but left before finishing his degree.
