Can Bonomo (born May 16, 1987) is a famous singer from Turkey. He is also a songwriter, actor, and poet. He became well-known when he represented Turkey in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012.

Early Life and Career Beginnings
Can Bonomo was born in İzmir, Turkey. His family is Sephardic Jewish. When he was 17, he started his music career in Istanbul. He worked as a vocal producer.
At the same time, Can studied TV and cinema at Istanbul Bilgi University. His own radio shows were played on popular stations like Number 1 FM. Later, he had shows on international TV channels such as MTV. He also wrote songs for other singers.
Besides music, Can Bonomo also started writing poetry. His first poetry book, Delirmek Belirmektir, came out in 2014. He also created illustrations for his books.
Eurovision Song Contest 2012
In January 2012, Can Bonomo was chosen to represent Turkey at the Eurovision Song Contest 2012. This big music competition took place in Baku, Azerbaijan.
In February 2012, he introduced his song, "Love Me Back". He performed this song in the final competition on May 26, 2012. He finished in seventh place. Can Bonomo was the last person to represent Turkey at Eurovision, as the country stopped participating the next year.
