Cement is found in the southeastern part of Caddo County. A main road, U.S. Route 277, goes right through the town.
This road can take you to bigger cities. If you go east and then north for about 18 miles, you'll reach Chickasha. If you travel southwest for about 31 miles, you'll get to Lawton.
The biggest city nearby, Oklahoma City, is about 60 miles northeast. You can get there by taking US-277 and then Interstate 44.
