Central Heights-Midland City is a small community in Gila County, Arizona, United States. It is a "census-designated place" (CDP). This means it's an area that the U.S. Census Bureau defines for gathering statistics, but it doesn't have its own city government.

The community is home to the Pinal Cemetery, which serves the local area. It even has special sections for people of Croatian and Serbian heritage. You can also find the Gila County Health and Human Services offices here. A local plant nursery is located along Golden Hill Road, which is a well-known road in the Central Heights-Midland City area. In 2010, about 2,534 people lived here.

The community is surrounded by other places. To the north, east, and northwest, it borders the city of Globe. Globe is the main city and county seat of Gila County. To the west, Central Heights-Midland City is partly bordered by another community called Claypool.

Roads and Travel

U.S. Route 60 is a major road that runs just north of Central Heights-Midland City, within the Globe city limits. This road can take you about 3 miles (5 km) southeast to the center of Globe or about 3.5 miles (5.6 km) southwest to the town of Miami.
