Charlene Joanne Webb (born 26 February 1988), known professionally as Charley Webb, is an English actress. She is most famous for playing Debbie Dingle in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale for 19 years. Her work on the show earned her a nomination for Best Female Dramatic Performance at the British Soap Awards in 2014.

Acting Career
Charley Webb's acting journey began on stage. When she was just eight years old, she appeared in a production of Bugsy Malone in Manchester.
Rise to Fame on Emmerdale
In 2002, at the age of 14, Webb landed her most famous role as Debbie Dingle in the popular soap opera Emmerdale. She played this character for nearly two decades, growing up on the show. Her acting was highly praised, and she was nominated for several awards, including Best Actress at the 2009 British Soap Awards.
In 2021, Webb announced that she had decided to leave Emmerdale after 19 years to explore new acting opportunities.
Roles After Emmerdale
After leaving the soap opera, Webb continued her acting career. She appeared in the TV drama Better in 2023. That same year, she played WPC Anna Lawson in the mini-series The Long Shadow. In 2024, she took on roles in the detective show McDonald & Dodds and the series Ellis.
Personal Life
Webb grew up in Whitefield, Greater Manchester, where she attended Philips High School. She has two older sisters. Her older brother, Jamie Lomas, is also a well-known actor, famous for playing Warren Fox in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks.
Webb was in a long-term relationship with her Emmerdale co-star, Matthew Wolfenden. They have three sons together: Buster (born in 2010), Bowie (born in 2015), and Ace (born in 2019). The couple got married in 2018, but they announced their separation in November 2023.
