Hernan "Chico" Borja (August 24, 1959 – January 25, 2021) was an Ecuadorian–American soccer player and coach. He made eleven appearances for the U.S. national team from 1982 to 1988.

In 1984, Borja played for the U.S. Olympic soccer team at the 1984 Summer Olympics. Borja was also on the U.S. team at the 1987 Pan American Games.

Borja died on January 25, 2021 from colon cancer at the age of 61.
