Chloe Arnold was born in Washington, D.C.. She started modeling when she was just 4 years old. By age 6, she began dancing. When she was 12, she even starred in a TV documentary called Chloe's World.

Chloe trained in tap dance from a young age. She was part of the National Tap Ensemble and later Taps & Company. She learned many dance styles, including ballet, jazz, and modern dance. In high school, she was a great student and athlete. She played violin and sports like soccer and tennis. She also won several big scholarships for college. Later, she trained with famous tap dancers like Savion Glover in New York City. She also studied acting.
