Cho Kwi-jae (born January 16, 1969) is a well-known South Korean football player and manager. He used to play as a defender for various clubs. Today, he is the manager of Kyoto Sanga, a football club in Japan's top league, the J1 League.

Early Life and Playing Career
Cho Kwi-jae was born in Kyoto, Japan. He started playing football at a young age. He played for Rakuhoku High School from 1984 to 1986. After high school, he attended Waseda University from 1987 to 1990.
Playing for Japanese Clubs
Cho Kwi-jae spent his entire professional playing career in Japan. He played for three different clubs:
- Kashiwa Reysol (then called Hitachi): He joined this club in 1991. He played there until 1993.
- Urawa Reds: From 1994 to 1995, he played for Urawa Reds. This team is one of the biggest clubs in Japan.
- Vissel Kobe: His last club as a player was Vissel Kobe, where he played from 1996 to 1997.

Managerial Career
