Christopher Armstrong (born August 28, 1967) is a former professional football player. He was a wide receiver in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played for nine seasons with five different teams. After his playing career, he became a football coach.

Chris Armstrong's Football Journey
Chris Armstrong played college football at Fayetteville State University. He began his professional career in the Arena Football League (AFL). In 1990, he played for the Washington Commandos.
Playing in the CFL
Armstrong then moved to the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played for several teams during his career. These included the Edmonton Eskimos (now Elks) and the Ottawa Rough Riders.
His most successful time was with the Baltimore Stallions. He played for them from 1994 to 1995. In 1995, he helped the Stallions win the 83rd Grey Cup. This is the championship trophy of the CFL. Winning the Grey Cup is a huge achievement for any player.
After Baltimore, he played for the Montreal Alouettes. He was with them from 1996 to 1998. He finished his playing career with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. He played for them from 1998 to 1999.
