Playing for the Dallas Vigilantes
In 2011, Johnson joined the Dallas Vigilantes. He played for them during the 2011 AFL season.
Time with the Philadelphia Soul
On October 25, 2011, Johnson moved to the Philadelphia Soul, another AFL team. He played a big part in their success.
The Soul reached the championship game, called the ArenaBowl, twice. They played in ArenaBowl XXV in 2012 and ArenaBowl XXVI in 2013. Both times, they lost to the Arizona Rattlers.
In 2013, Christian Johnson was recognized for his great performance. He was named First-team All-Arena. This means he was considered one of the best players in the league that year.
Joining the Arizona Cardinals
On January 7, 2014, Johnson got a chance to play in the National Football League (NFL). He signed with the Arizona Cardinals. The NFL is the biggest professional football league in the United States.
