Early Life and Education

Christina Chang was born and grew up in Taipei, Taiwan. Her father is Taiwanese-Filipino, and her mother is American. Christina went to the Taipei American School and can speak Mandarin fluently.

When she was 17, she moved to the United States. She wanted to study theatre and film at the University of Kansas. Later, she moved to Seattle, Washington, where she finished her studies at the University of Washington.

After college, Christina got her first acting job in a play called Naomi's Road. This was at the Children's Theatre in Seattle. She then acted in another play in New York City.

Acting Career

Christina Chang later moved to New York City to continue her acting career. She started by appearing as a guest star in several TV shows. These included Cosby and As the World Turns.

She also got roles in movies like 28 Days and Random Hearts. However, Christina is most famous for her work on television.

She had a regular role on the ABC series L.A. Dragnet from 2003 to 2004. She also played important recurring roles. These included Dr. Sunny Macer on 24 and State Attorney Rebecca Nevins on CSI: Miami.

In 2010, Christina was cast in another ABC series, No Ordinary Family. She also appeared in many other popular shows. These included Once and Again, Boston Legal, Brothers & Sisters, Private Practice, Suits, and Desperate Housewives.
