Charles T. Harmon (born December 18, 1979), known as Chuck Harmony, is an American music producer and songwriter. He grew up in East St. Louis, Illinois, and now lives in Nashville, Tennessee. Chuck Harmony has been nominated for a Grammy Award three times. He also won an NAACP Image Award for a song called "Bittersweet" by Fantasia in 2010.

Early Life and Musical Beginnings
Chuck Harmony was born and grew up in East St. Louis, Illinois. He started playing music in church when he was very young. At just four years old, he learned to play the drums. Soon after, he also learned the trombone, tuba, and piano. He even sang in the church choir!
He loved music so much that he decided to study it in college. He went to Alabama State University and took piano lessons. His dream was to become a jazz pianist. After college, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia.

Writing and Producing Hit Songs
Chuck Harmony started his professional music career in 2006. His first big songwriting job was in 2007. He helped write a song called "I Got Nothin' Left" for Celine Dion. He worked on this song with the famous artist Ne-Yo.
Since then, Chuck Harmony has worked with many popular singers. He has helped produce, write, and play instruments on songs for artists like Toni Braxton, Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Hudson, Janet Jackson, John Legend, Rihanna, and Kelly Rowland.

Forming the Band Louis York
In 2015, Chuck Harmony started a band called Louis York with his friend Claude Kelly. They first met in 2009 while working on an album for singer Chrisette Michele. They enjoyed working together so much that they continued to write and produce songs for other artists. Some of these artists include Bruno Mars, Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, and Jessie J.
Louis York released their first music collection, an EP (Extended Play), in 2015. It was called Masterpiece Theater – Act I. Chuck Harmony plays keyboards, guitars, drums, and uses a vocoder on their music. They released their second EP, Masterpiece Theater – Act II, in 2016. Louis York is the first group signed to their own record label, Weirdo Workshop. This label works with Sony.
