What is City Slam?
City Slam was a special basketball event. It brought together talented streetball players. These players showed off their incredible skills. They competed in two main events. One was the slam dunk contest. The other was the three-point shooting contest.
A slam dunk is when a player jumps high. They force the basketball through the hoop. They can use one or both hands. Slam dunks are often very athletic and creative. A three-point shot is a basket made from far away. It is shot from beyond a special line on the court. This shot is worth three points instead of two.
