Cleland is a suburb in South Australia. It's part of the big city area around Adelaide, about 10 kilometers (6 miles) south-east of the Adelaide city centre.
The suburb of Cleland was officially created in October 2001. Later, in 2010, some extra land was added to it from a nearby suburb called Crafers.
Cleland gets its name from the Cleland National Park. This park used to be called Cleland Conservation Park. It became a national park in November 2021.
