Conasprella mindana is a type of amazing sea snail. It is a marine gastropod, which means it's a kind of mollusk that moves on a "stomach-foot." These snails belong to the Conidae family, also known as cone snails. They are famous for their beautiful, cone-shaped shells.

Like all species in the Conasprella group, these snails are predatory. This means they hunt and eat other small sea creatures. They are also venomous, so they can sting. Because of this, it's very important to be careful and never touch these snails if you see them alive.

Where Does it Live?

This marine snail lives in the Caribbean Sea. You can find it off the coasts of Costa Rica, Guadeloupe, and Curacao. It also lives in the Atlantic Ocean. Here, it can be found off Eastern Brazil, Barbados, and Bermuda.

Where Does it Live in the Ocean?

This snail can be found in different parts of the ocean. It lives in waters as shallow as 0 meters (the surface). It can also be found in deeper waters, down to 210 meters (about 689 feet).
