History of Conner
The community of Conner was named in 1906. It got its name from Aaron Conner. He was the first person to settle there and claim land. The area that is now Conner was once part of a larger village also called Conner.

Conner is located in a scenic part of Montana. It sits where the East and West Forks of the Bitterroot River meet. This area is known for its beautiful natural surroundings.
