Where is Conway Located?
Conway is found in the southeastern part of Emmet County. It is mainly in Little Traverse Township. A small part of Conway also reaches into Bear Creek Township.
The community sits at the western end of Crooked Lake. This is a beautiful spot for outdoor activities. A main road, U.S. Route 31, goes right through Conway. This road connects Conway to other nearby towns.
You can travel southwest about 6 miles (10 km) to reach Petoskey. Petoskey is the main city in Emmet County. If you go northeast about 5 miles (8 km) on the same road, you will arrive in Alanson.
