Corcelles (French pronunciation: [kɔʁsɛl]) was a small village in eastern France. It was located in the Ain department. In France, a "commune" is like a local town or village area with its own local government. On January 1, 2016, Corcelles joined with another village to form a new, larger commune called Champdor-Corcelles.
Geography of Corcelles
Corcelles was situated in a beautiful part of France. A river called the Albarine flowed along part of its eastern side. This river is known for its clear waters and the pretty valleys it creates.
