How Creambell Started
Creambell began its journey in 2003. They worked with a big French dairy company called Candia to get started. Today, Creambell is a major player in the Indian ice cream market. They have about 15% of the total market share.
Where Creambell Makes Its Ice Cream
Creambell has four factories in India. These factories are located in Baddi, Goa, Kosi (near Agra), and Asansol. From these factories, their ice cream goes to about 35,000 shops all over the country! The company grew a lot between 2008 and 2013, becoming six times bigger. In 2015, they launched new small ice cream sticks called Maxxum Mini. These came in two yummy flavors: Pina-Orange and Chocolate Cookie.
Changes and Growth
In 2020, there was some news about Creambell. It was thought they might close down their business. However, the company quickly clarified that they were only making changes to their factories. They decided to close one factory but make the others stronger. This helped them keep making ice cream for everyone to enjoy.

Creambell also did very well in the Great Indian Ice Cream Contest in 2013. This contest was organized by the Indian Diary Association. Out of eight different award categories, Creambell won the most! They took home four gold awards and two silver awards. Plus, they won three "best in class" awards, which means their ice cream was top-notch!
