Cynthia Kaye McWilliams is an American actress. She is well-known for her roles in popular TV shows like Real Husbands of Hollywood, Prison Break, and Nashville. She also does a lot of voice acting for video games and animated series.
Life and Career
Cynthia Kaye McWilliams was born in Berlin, Germany. But she grew up mostly in Kansas City, Kansas, in the United States. She studied acting at The Theatre School at DePaul University in Chicago. After finishing school, she moved to Los Angeles, California, to start her acting career.
Her first big role was in 2005. She played Kacee Franklin in the TV drama series Prison Break. Kacee was the wife of a character named C-Note. The next year, she appeared in the movie The Lake House. She also acted in independent films like Of Boys and Men.
In 2011, Cynthia had a role in the TV crime show The Chicago Code. She also started doing voice acting. In 2013, she voiced Misty Knight in the video game Marvel Heroes. That same year, she joined the comedy series Real Husbands of Hollywood as the lawyer Trina Shaw. She was a main character in this show for several seasons.
Cynthia continued to take on many interesting roles. In 2015, she got a main role in the NBC drama pilot Love Is a Four Letter Word. She also joined the video game world of Halo 5: Guardians. In this game, she voiced and performed the movements for a character called Spartan Holly Tanaka.
She has also appeared in other TV shows like Nashville, Bosch, and Prince of Peoria. She voiced Gamora in the animated series What If...?. Cynthia also lends her voice to many video games. These include League of Legends (as Senna), Valorant (as the Announcer), Cyberpunk 2077 (as T-Bug), and Starfield.
