Dafina Zeqiri (born on April 14, 1989), known simply as Dafina, is a talented singer from Kosovo who was born in Sweden. She is famous for her amazing voice and popular songs.

Early Life and Music Career

Dafina Zeqiri was born in Varberg, Sweden, on April 14, 1989. Her family is from Kosovo. Dafina has two sisters, Tringa Zeqiri and Besa Tafari. Her mother, Melihate Zeqiri, was also a singer in the 1980s.

Dafina started her music journey early. In 2007, she performed at the Polifest Festival. Her song "Rrallë e Përmallë" won the competition. The next year, in 2008, she received a BOOM Award. This was for her song "Adios," and the audience loved it.

First Album and Awards

In 2008, Dafina released her first album. It was called Knock Down. Soon after, she took part in Kënga Magjike, a popular music contest. She won the "First Magic" award for her song "Bateritë."

In March 2020, Dafina was featured on a song called "Një herë në jetë." This song was by Albanian producer Cricket. It reached number 5 in Albania. In June 2020, she announced her second studio album. It was titled Dafinë moj. The first song from this album was "Aman." It was a collaboration with Albanian rappers Ledri Vula and Lumi B. "Aman" became very popular, reaching number 4 in Albania.

The second song from Dafinë moj was "Million $." It also did well, reaching number 20 in Albania. Two more songs from the album were "Zili Zili" and "Mos shko." "Mos shko" featured Albanian singer Yll Limani. "Zili Zili" reached the top five, and "Mos shko" peaked at number 4 in Albania. In September 2021, Dafina Zeqiri was nominated for a special music export prize from the Swedish government. Her latest album, The Absolute Vol. 1, was released in 2024.
