The Damas River, sometimes called the de Las Damas River, is a waterway in Chile. It is found in the Los Lagos Region, which is a beautiful area known for its lakes and rivers. This river starts in a place called Quema del Buey, near the town of Entre Lagos. This area is located between two large lakes, Puyehue and Rupanco Lake.
The Damas River flows until it meets another river, the Rahue River. This meeting point is in the city of Osorno. The Damas River is quite important to Osorno because it flows right through the city. It travels from the east side to the west side. It also helps to separate the neighborhood of Pilauco from the main part of the city.
