Daniel Kinumbe (born March 15, 1999) is a Canadian professional soccer player. He plays as a left-back, which is a type of defender, for the HFX Wanderers team.

Early Life
Daniel Kinumbe was born in Tel Aviv, Israel. His parents are from the Republic of the Congo. When he was young, his family moved to Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada.
Club Career
Playing for Montreal Impact
Daniel Kinumbe started his professional soccer journey in 2018. He first joined Ottawa Fury, a team connected to the Montreal Impact. He played his first professional game on August 10, 2018.
Later that year, on November 16, 2018, Daniel signed a special 'homegrown' contract with the Montreal Impact. This means he came up through their youth system. He was loaned back to Ottawa Fury for the 2019 season. After two seasons, his time with the Impact ended.
Joining HFX Wanderers
On January 15, 2020, Daniel Kinumbe signed a multi-year deal. He joined the HFX Wanderers, a team in the Canadian Premier League.
International Career
Daniel Kinumbe was born in Israel and grew up in Canada. His family is from Congo. In March 2018, he was invited to a training camp for the DR Congo U-20 football team.
In 2017, he played for a Quebec-Canada U20 team. They played friendly games against the Haiti U20 team. This was part of their preparation for the 2017 Jeux de la Francophonie competition.
In May 2018, Daniel was called up to the Canadian under-21 team. He played in all four of Canada's games at the 2018 Toulon Tournament. On October 24, 2018, he was also chosen for the Canadian U20 team. This was for the 2018 CONCACAF U-20 Championship.
Later, on February 26, 2020, Daniel was named to the Canadian U-23 team. This was for the 2020 CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship.
