Dorcas Wright "Dede" Gardner (born October 16, 1967) is a very successful American film producer. She helps create many popular movies and TV shows. Dede Gardner is the Co-President of Plan B Entertainment, a company that makes films. She has won two Academy Awards for Best Picture. These awards were for the films 12 Years a Slave (2013) and Moonlight (2016). This made her the first woman to win two Best Picture Academy Awards.
