Diana Catalina Bolocco Fonck (born on July 30, 1977) is a famous Chilean journalist and TV presenter. She is well-known for her exciting career in television. She is also the sister of Cecilia Bolocco, who won Miss Universe in 1987.

About Diana Bolocco

Diana Bolocco was born in Santiago, Chile. Her father, Enzo Bolocco Cintolesi, had an Italian background. Her mother, Rose Marie Fonck Assler, had a German background. Diana went to primary and secondary school at Santiago College. She has four siblings: Cecilia, John Paul, Veronica, and Rodrigo.

Early Life and First TV Steps

Diana first appeared on television when she was only nine years old. She also appeared in an advertisement for a makeup brand called Pamela Grant.

In 2001, Diana studied journalism at the Catholic University of Chile. After her studies, she worked on her sister Cecilia's website. She also helped produce a TV show called La Noche de Cecilia on Megavisión.

Starting Her TV Career

In 2006, Diana decided to focus completely on her television career. She made her big debut on a show called Locos por el baile (which means Crazy for Dance). This show was on Channel 13. On the show, she worked as a reporter behind the scenes. She was also a co-host with Sergio Lagos.

In February 2007, Diana was named Queen of the XLVIII Viña del Mar International Song Festival. This is a very important music festival in Chile. Later that year, she became the host of the second season of Mad About Dance. She hosted this show again with Sergio Lagos.

Continued Success in Television

Diana continued to work on Channel 13. In 2010, she was part of the international judging panel at the Viña del Mar International Song Festival.

In 2011, she hosted a popular game show called ¿Quién quiere ser millonario?: Alta tensión (which means Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?: High Tension). Around this time, she met Cristián Sánchez, who is also a journalist and TV presenter.

From 2012 onwards, Diana and Martin Carcamo started hosting a very successful TV show called Vértigo. This show has been very popular in Chile. In 2013, Diana married Cristián Sánchez. They have two children together.
