Dieudonné "Dieumerci" Mbokani Bezua (born November 22, 1985) is a talented professional footballer from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He is known for playing as a striker, which means he's usually the player who scores goals for his team! He even used to be the captain of the DR Congo national football team.
Over his career, he has played for many well-known clubs. These include TP Mazembe, Anderlecht, Standard Liège, Dynamo Kyiv, and Antwerp. He also spent time playing in England for Norwich City and Hull City.

Playing for Clubs
Dieumerci Mbokani started his football journey at a local team called Bel'or. He quickly showed his skill, becoming the top scorer in the league in 2004 with 16 goals! After that, he moved to TP Mazembe, another team in his home country.
Time in Belgium and France
In the 2006–07 season, Mbokani played for Anderlecht in Belgium. He scored four goals in nine games, including an amazing three goals in one match (a hat-trick) against Beveren. Later, he joined Standard de Liège, where he scored 35 goals in 81 league games.
In 2010, Mbokani moved to France to play for AS Monaco. He then had a short loan spell with VfL Wolfsburg in Germany.
Return to Anderlecht and Ukraine
He returned to Anderlecht in 2011. He continued to score many goals for them. In 2013, he signed with FC Dynamo Kyiv in Ukraine. He scored his first goal for them in his very first game in the Ukrainian Premier League.
Playing in England and Later Clubs
Mbokani was loaned to English clubs Norwich City in 2015 and Hull City in 2016. He made his debut for Hull City in September 2016.
After his time in England, he joined Royal Antwerp in Belgium in 2018. He played there for several years and continued to be a key goal scorer. In 2023, he signed with Noah in Armenia.
Playing for His Country
Mbokani has proudly represented the Democratic Republic of the Congo many times. He played in the Africa Cup of Nations in 2013 and 2015. In the 2015 tournament, his team finished in third place, which was a great achievement!
He has scored 22 goals in 49 games for his national team.
