Donald Keith "D.K." Duncan (born 1940, died 2020) was a well-known Jamaican dental surgeon and politician. He was a member of the People's National Party (PNP). He also served as a government minister, helping to organize national efforts and human resources from 1977 to 1980.

Early Life and Education

Even though the PNP lost the 1980 general election, Duncan still won his seat in Parliament. However, he lost his seat in 1983 because the PNP decided not to take part in that election. After 1983, Duncan went back to working as a dentist.

He later joined a new political group called the National Democratic Movement in 1996. He stayed with them until 2007. In 2007, he returned to the PNP. He ran for election again and won the seat for the Hanover Eastern area. He served two more terms in Parliament. Duncan retired from politics in 2016.

Besides his time in Parliament, Duncan also helped with elections. He was a member of the Electoral Advisory Committee from 1981 to 1982. Later, he served on the Electoral Commission of Jamaica (ECJ) from 2010 to 2014. This commission helps make sure elections are fair.
