The Dot-winged Antwren (Microrhopias quixensis) is a passerine bird in the antbird family. It used to be known sometimes as the Velvety Antwren. It is found in tropical Central and South America from southeastern Mexico south to western Ecuador, northern Bolivia and central Brazil. The male Dot-winged Antwren is blackish, while the female has brownish underparts. It is the only member of the genus Microrhopias.
