What Happens at Dragon Park?
Dragon Park is a key place for training and improving football players. It helps develop several important teams:
- The Wales under-21 team
- The Wales women's team
- Younger age-group squads
The centre has excellent facilities for training. There are two grass football pitches. There is also one artificial turf pitch, which is great for playing in all weather.
Dragon Park is also the main office for the Welsh Football Trust. This group is in charge of growing and improving football across Wales. The centre has special rooms for analysing games and player performance. It also has sports science laboratories. These labs help players train smarter and stay healthy.
