Eagle is a small village located in the southwest part of Clinton County, in the state of Michigan, USA. In 2020, about 122 people lived there. Eagle is part of Eagle Township. It's also close to Interstate 96, about 15 miles (24 km) northwest of Lansing.
Eagle is one of the smallest villages in Michigan. It has the second-smallest population, right after a village called Turner. Eagle is also very tiny in size, being the fourth-smallest town or city area in the whole state!

History of Eagle Village
The village of Eagle as we know it today started in 1872. A man named George W. McCrumb gave land to build a train station and a church. Before this, there was an older village with the same name. That older village was located about half a mile to the west and dated back to 1834. Eagle officially became a village in 1873.
