Eagle Creek is a river in the northeastern part of Oregon, USA. It is about 41 kilometers (25 miles) long. The creek starts at Eagle Lake in the Wallowa Mountains. It then flows generally southwest and southeast. Finally, it joins the Powder River near the small city of Richland.

The very beginning of Eagle Creek is in the Eagle Cap Wilderness. This wilderness area is part of the Wallowa–Whitman National Forest. The upper 28.9 kilometers (18 miles) of the creek are special. They are part of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. This means the creek is protected for its natural beauty and outdoor fun.
