Eastview is a small town located in McNairy County, Tennessee. In 2020, about 763 people lived there. The town is found on the southern edge of Selmer, Tennessee.

Eastview's Story
Eastview started in 1927 with a three-room house and a gas station. These buildings were owned by the Littlejohn family. They both faced east, which is how the town got its name. Eastview officially became a town in the late 1960s.
Where is Eastview?
Eastview is located at coordinates 35°4′52″N 88°33′3″W / 35.08111°N 88.55083°W. It is mainly found where two important roads meet: U.S. Route 45 and Tennessee State Route 57. This spot is just a few miles north of the border between Tennessee and Mississippi.
The town's official boundaries stretch along US 45. To the north, it reaches towards Selmer. To the south, it extends towards Guys. Other nearby towns include Michie and Ramer, which are along State Route 57.
The United States Census Bureau says that Eastview covers a total area of about 13.26 square kilometers (5.12 square miles). All of this area is land.
